Privacy
How Catchline handles your information.
Last updated May 30, 2026. This page covers the public marketing site at getcatchline.com. Client engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement.
What we collect
The only form on this site is the Ops Map request form. When you submit it, we receive the fields you fill in: name, email, business name, optional website, where work stalls, and desired clarity after the map. We don't ask for anything you don't type into that form.
Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) sees the request metadata needed to serve the page — IP address, user agent, requested URL, and approximate region — for routing, caching, and abuse protection. We don't use that information for advertising or build profiles from it.
Analytics
When enabled, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-free, privacy-friendly page-view counter that does not fingerprint visitors, doesn't persist identifiers across sites, and doesn't require a consent banner. We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site advertising trackers on getcatchline.com.
Cookies
We don't set any tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small local preference for light/dark theme. That preference lives on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use Ops Map submissions
Your submission is delivered to [email protected] so we can read it and respond. We use it only to follow up about your request and any subsequent engagement. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with marketing lists or advertising networks.
To deliver the message, the form data passes through one of our email delivery providers — currently Cloudflare (for transit) and a SMTP or transactional-email relay. Those providers process the message strictly to deliver it.
Retention
Ops Map submissions are kept in our email and any project notes we create for follow-up. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it for a specific legal or accounting reason tied to a paid engagement.
Your choices
You can ask what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used to submit the form and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send regulated, medical, legal, payment-card, or other highly sensitive information through the public form — share that only inside a scoped engagement with the access controls described in the services agreement. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to [email protected].
Changes
If we change how we handle information collected through this site, we'll update this page and bump the “Last updated” date above.
