Terms
Terms for using getcatchline.com.
Last updated May 30, 2026. These terms cover the public marketing site only. Paid client engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties.
Who we are
“Catchline,” “we,” and “us” refer to the Catchline service business operating from South Florida. “You” means the visitor using this site.
What this site is
getcatchline.com is an informational marketing site that describes our lead-to-close operations support, the Ops Map conversation, our engagement structure, and how to reach us. Browsing the site doesn't create a client relationship. Submitting the Ops Map form starts a conversation but doesn't commit either side to engage; an engagement begins only when both sides sign a services agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: probe, scan, or test the security of the site or its underlying infrastructure without our written permission; submit malicious code, automated abuse traffic, or content that's unlawful, defamatory, or infringing through the contact form; impersonate another person or business; or use the site in any way that disrupts service for other visitors.
Content and accuracy
We try to keep the descriptions of our services accurate and current, but the site is provided “as is” for informational purposes. Pricing examples, engagement shapes, and process descriptions on the site are illustrative; the specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a written Statement of Work.
Catchline doesn't guarantee revenue, profit, lead volume, conversion rate, ranking, ad performance, or any specific business outcome from browsing this site or submitting the form.
Intellectual property
The Catchline name, logo, written content, visuals, and design of this site are ours. You may share links to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution for ordinary reference; please don't republish substantial portions or reuse Catchline brand assets in your own materials without written permission.
Third-party links
If we link to a third-party tool or article, the link is for convenience or context. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent allowed by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we don't warrant any specific result from acting on information found on the site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Catchline isn't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the public site. Liability and remedies for any paid engagement are defined in the engagement's services agreement, not on this site.
Changes to the site or these terms
We can update the site's content at any time. If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and bump the “Last updated” date above.
Governing law
These site terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Engagement-level terms control where they say otherwise.
